Delivery & returns
Our normal delivery time is 2–5 business days, provided the item is in stock. Orders placed on weekends will be shipped no earlier than the following Monday.
We reserve the right to charge a fee of 20 EUR / 150 DKK if a parcel is not collected and is returned to us, in order to cover shipping, return and handling costs.
When purchasing items on our website, you as a customer have a statutory 14-day right of withdrawal, valid from the day you receive the item you ordered.
To register a return, please go to our Return portal.
Enter your order number and email address to find your order. Once the return has been registered, you will be able to create a DHL return label in the return portal.
A return fee will apply and is shown in the return portal before the return is completed. The return fee will be deducted from your refund.
You must return the item(s) within 14 days after registering the return.
Once we have received and inspected the return, we will process your refund within 14 days.
When returning part of an order that included a quantity discount, the price of the remaining item(s) will be adjusted to the regular price. The refunded amount will be calculated accordingly.
We want you to be able to try on the swim shorts to ensure the right fit. However, it is important that they are only tried on and that their condition remains unchanged for the return to be valid.
